Welcome to my tennis store, serving tennis enthusiasts in the vibrant Emeryville/Oakland area of California!
Bio: Coach Narguess began tennis at age six, played varsity at New Canaan High, and competed as a USTA junior. She's trained at Rafa Nadal Academy, Rock Creek, Sea Colony, and Nike Tennis Camps. In D.C., she coached cardio tennis at the Lafayette Tennis Assocation and led the Field School girls' varsity team as head coach. A PTR Level 1 instructor and former USTA Mid-Atlantic volunteer, she's supported events like Citi Open Kids Day and Girls Rule the Court. In 2021, she won the Cap Classic Mixed Doubles Championship. She loves tennis as a player, teacher, student, and observer.
Ball Machine Rental – Terms & Conditions
Rental Period
The renter agrees to return the ball machine, charger, remote, and 140 balls in full by the agreed return date and time. Late returns may result in additional charges.
Equipment Care
All items (ball machine, charger, remote, accessories, and balls) must be returned clean, complete, and in the same working condition as received. The renter will be charged for any missing or damaged items at their replacement or repair cost.
Responsibility for Damage or Loss
The renter is fully responsible for the ball machine, charger, remote, and balls during the rental period. If any item is lost, stolen, or damaged, the renter agrees to pay the full cost of repair or replacement, as determined by the owner. Lost balls will be charged at approximately $1 per ball.
Late Returns
If the equipment is returned after the agreed time, a late fee of $10 per hour will apply for each hour overdue.
If the delay exceeds 3 hours, the renter will be charged the full daily rental rate:
• $35 per day (Monday–Friday)
• $40 per day (Saturday or Sunday)
Use and Liability
The equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and handled with care.
The renter is responsible for safe operation and supervision at all times.
TMR USA acts solely as a facilitator of this rental and is not responsible for the condition, use, or operation of the ball machine or accessories. Neither the Owner nor TMR USA are liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of the ball machine, remote, or any related equipment.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
